RETURNS POLICY

  

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

In compliance with Australian Law, SilverStyle is not required to provide a full refund or exchange if the customer makes an incorretct selection, requires a different size, or if they simply change their mind.

This covers all initial payment methods.

If the item purchased is genuinely faulty we will offer repair or replacement where possible.

In the event that a replacement is unavailable a Store Credit  will be provided.

Faulty items will be assessed by the supplier on an individual basis and the outcome

is at the sole discretion of SilverStyle.

If a refund is ultimately required it will be processed back via the original payment method when purchased.

 

NOTE: 

All exchanges and returns etc. will only be considered if item is unworn, with original packaging (where possible) and proof of purchase must be provided.
